Extra Easy Waking up late!

Hi guys

I'm fairly new to the plan and I was just wondering really.. If you have a night out and wake up late the next day (I'm talking around midday) or even if you just have a lie in and wake up late... Do you still have all three meals?!

I feel like fitting all three meals in what is a 'shorter' day sometimes is impossible and I don't see how it would aid weight loss!

Just wanted some opinions please as I'm struggling to find what is the best thing to do!

Hi, if you're anything like me I don't eat in the morning anyway but have my breakfast quite late anyway. I tend to have fruit for "breakfast" then something light for lunch (usually a mug shot and fruit) and then my main meal at night :)
 
Slimming World tells us to eat when we are hungry and stop when we are satisfied / full. So as long as you are sticking to that approach then it doesn't matter how many meals you eat in a day.

This is something I wasn't always sure of.. My consultant recommended 3 meals a day when I first join so have been doing that since I started but it did feel like I was eating for the sake of it sometimes!! I'm just going to take the approach you've said 'eat when your full' and that will help me!! Thanks!!

Not eat when your full, that would defeat the object. Eat when you're hungry, and stop when you're full ;)

Yep, I'd go with the others, eat when your hungry, basically listen to your body!! Good luck
 
Thanks guys!! Got my fourth weigh in tomorrow.. Rather nervous about this one. Don't think I'm gonna have lost as much as I would like!

I lost 4lb last week so can't really complain!

If you've woken up late just have 'brunch' and then your tea later :) will work out fine!

Only 1lb this week, but it's still a loss and I lost 4lb last week so I can't complain at all! Heading in the right direction :D

If I lose 10lb every four weeks (like my first 4 - I've lost 10.5lb now) then I will reach target in 5 months! I'm happy with that :D

When do you weigh in? And what's your history? I like people's stories!

I'm just starting week 3, Harry. I lost 1.5lb at my first weigh in and 1.5lb yesterday (my 2nd weigh in). I'm very happy to be a tortoise in this race ;) Slow and steady is fine by me :D
