Doing a green day to boost loss?
Anyone done this?
I weigh in thurs and an out to an Indian Tomo with the mums from my sons school. I've saved up most of my syns and had yesterday and today as a green day:
Any ideas if it will help? Been loosing average 3lb a week x
Generally Red days tend to be better for boosting losses, as they cut down / cut out carbs. But it does help to mix things up a bit - I always have a mixture of Red, Green and Extra Easy days. Each person is different, so who can tell how it will affect you - just have to stick with it and wait and see I guess!
Struggling, but never giving in!
Not currently attending a group or even weighing at home - focusing on just sticking to plan rather than getting obsessed with the numbers!

Just desperate to loose this week aiming for 2lb a week till 26th April as it's my sister in laws wedding and my mother in law who hates me will be there so will feel at least a bit better a few stone lighter? X
Depends on the person. I'm the opposite for some strange reason, the more red days I have, the smaller my losses will be, I do much better on Green days.
