I don't know what is up with me the last couple of weeks, I have started to totally become fixated on one food stuff every few days. I won't rest until ive scoffed the lot, it isnt even usually anything special either as when I started Sw 10 months ago I cant/don't have it in the house. Tonight it was a corned beef sandwich! I actually stalked it in the fridge to make sure it hadnt escaped. I've had my syns for today so I shouldn't of really had it. I've lost 6 stone 8lb so far and haven't set a target yet, why am I sabotaging myself now?

Ah princess Stevie. You have done so well so far. Sometimes we need to take a step back and adjust to the new us. You have changed so much physically but has your mental mind caught up? I needed a lot of last year to know that I still want to lose more weight. Think about the reasons you first started sw. Also promise yourselves you will syn and count the syns of everything before you eat it. That doesn't mean you can't have it. Just that you are aware of it, and don't beat yourself up if you do have it as you will be in control and that is the big thing. Keep posting on here and your mojo will come back
