Thread: Does anyone else dread/hate weighing in?

    Current BMI: 27.7
    Goal BMI: 25


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 3st10.5lb
    Weight to Lose: 1st3.5lb
    % Lost 22.88%

    Does anyone else dread/hate weighing in?

    When I'm standing waiting to weigh in I feel really nervous, and actually dread it. Even if I know I've been really good, I still think I'm not going to have lost anything.

    This week I'm hoping to loose 1.5lb to get my stone award, on one hand I'm excited about it, but dreading it incase I haven't.

    Does anyone else feel this way? Does it ever get any better?

    Yes! It was my first weigh in last night and I was quite scared I hadn't lost anything? I'd stuck to plan the whole week so there was no reason I wouldn't of but I think it's only natural to worry!! Good luck

    It does get better the longer you've been at group. I don't really think about it much now but I also have the added bonus in that I'm weighed before group opens as I'm part of the social team... the not having to wait around and have that 'ohhhh how do you think you've done?' chat with people before hand helps!

    Get under 200lbs (14st 3.5lbs)
    17/01/2014
    Hit the half way mark (13st 11lbs)
    21/02/2014
    Fit comfortably into size 16 jeans

    Be at my pre-pregnancy weight (12st 13lbs)
    04/04/2014
    Fit comfortably into size 14 jeans
    BMI in the healthy range (11st 10lbs)
