Welcome to this forum, hope you find your journey with SW enjoyable, congratulations on your weight loss so far!
If you find after a few weeks that you are not getting such great weight losses don't worry as that's normal, you will soon get into the swing of things.
Two pieces of advice is write yourself a weekly menu & only buy ingredients for the meals on it.
Secondly fill in a food diary, write down everything you eat so if you have a problem your Consultant can see where any problems are.
Remember to take a pic of yourself now so when you reach your ideal weight you can proudly show it & say "that was me when I started"
I wish I had done so as I had to look through lots of pics to find myself at my heaviest.
