    White bread arghh!

    I was invited to a school brunch/ meeting today and just knew I was gonna have to syn a lot. They served a continental style meal so I had some cheese as a HE and syned the pancakes. But what I didn't expect was my body reaction to the white pitta bread. An hour after , my stomach started cramping , and I have had indigestion all day ! What a difference 2 weeks make. I avoid even wholemeal bread as i prefer to use my HEB on other things. Now I know what an awful effect white flour/bread has on my digestive system.
