Did you miss me? I rejoined SW last week after 10 months away. I had only put on 8½ LB! How awesome is that?! Now I feel like I'm brand new to it so where do I start? Is there a list somewhere of 'unexpected' free foods (I'm thinking things like Mug Shots and Batchelor's Savoury Rice, that you wouldn't expect to be free), and all of the new Healthy Extras?
Welcome back! Not sure if you will get a definitive list but you won't go far wrong trawling through Syn Values and Slimming World - Healthy Extras to get plenty of up to date info. Hope that helps
