Sabotaging my weight loss
Eeek! Need some support / suggestions. My husband is usually really good and supportive with my weight loss mission. He does most of the cooking and always uses sw or sw friendly recipes but this weekend has gone all wrong.
We always have a treat tea after weigh-in if I have a loss, usually chinese so I can easily control what I'm eating/ how many syns etc. But then we have had naughty tea on Friday and Saturday night because he wasn't feeling great and my willpower was low so have had crisps and pizza!
Feel so bad now!
