    Sabotaging my weight loss

Eeek! Need some support / suggestions. My husband is usually really good and supportive with my weight loss mission. He does most of the cooking and always uses sw or sw friendly recipes but this weekend has gone all wrong.
We always have a treat tea after weigh-in if I have a loss, usually chinese so I can easily control what I'm eating/ how many syns etc. But then we have had naughty tea on Friday and Saturday night because he wasn't feeling great and my willpower was low so have had crisps and pizza!
    Feel so bad now!
Sorry, just needed to get it off my chest.

Not fair blaming it on husband when your the one that puts it in your mouth.

He wasn't feeling great so why didn't you choose/cook something more healthy.

Wow I wish my husband did most of the cooking!! It sounds like you looked for an excuse to have a naughty dinner don't beat yourself up over it (and certainly not him) because shifting the blame is doing exactly that. If he wasn't up to cooking then fair enough. You had a choice to either cook for yourself surely it to go along with the pizza and you chose the latter. One naughty meal doesn't ruin a week so just get back on the horse. I'm sure it will be fine. Don't let it ruin the rest of your week!!

The reason he does all the cooking is because I do all the other housework, it works well for us. Plus the reason he wasn't feeling great was cause he'd been out drinking till 2 in the morning the night before and I did suggest other stuff as we had buffalo chicken from the SW magazine in the freezer as I had made extras last week.
It's more me having a vent at myself.

Ha we all do it!! I personally believe that it's actually a necessary part of it as it reminds us of why we are doing what we are doing.

I have had the weekend off plan and have eaten so much crap. I have no excuses apart from I have had the week from hell at work and I'm stressed and in need of a holiday. For me, this diet is a long term plan and I get there when I get there. Tomorrow is another day and so I will get back on the horse and carry on. As LTL says, we all do it...
I did it again! - Right here...

Cave girl, I think that was particularly harsh, ... the tone of the post did not imply she was blaming her husband. Support at home is very important and its easier to let your guard down when your support network is down too. - I see you don't follow slimming world, and that you are at your target weight according to your statistics. Perhaps you've forgotten how difficult it can be trying to actually loose it?

I can understand why you are frustrated with yourself, Kerry. You can pull it back though. Even if it feels like it's all gone to poop! Try not to beat yourself up. You can do this. xx

To be totally fair to cave girl the original title of the post was "husband sabotaging my weight loss" not as it reads now so although the tone might not suggest it the title may have....it was a fair assumption to make based upon that

I am sure when I originally read this thread morning the title read ' Husband sabotaging my weight loss' which may explain Cave girls post a little?
Yes, maybe a little harsh......but true!! My husband doesn't pin me to the floor and stuff food in my mouth, I make that decision!! lol (to stuff food in my mouth, not be pinned to the floor!!)

Correct me if I am wrong.....I may be mixing it up with something else?

The OP has changed the title. It did say husband sabotaging my weight loss.
That is why I said you can't blame it on the husband.
