Hi there! This is my first post on minimins, although I've been using this site to pick up tips ever since I joined slimming world a couple of months ago... cheeky . I've gotten to a point where I'd really like some support. My weight loss is not going great (although slowly but surely is better than not at all). I'm currently doing my Masters in Chemistry and going through PhD applications, which is so stressful, and I'm currently seeing neurologists about health problems too, so my time is limited, my stress is high and I'm finding it hard. So as scary as it is I thought I'd put a little bit of myself out there, in the hope that, maybe it'll help.
