Missing group is sabotage for me. My mind tells me its a free pass to eat what i want but in reality, its the not staying on plan and eating rubbish that destroys all my hard work. I never went to group 3 weeks ago, I nearly never went the following week neither because I got myself in a tizz about gaining but faced it and got a 1.5 gain. Much less than I thought and total waste of energy worrying about it. I know people say this all the time, but it really gives you that kick to get back into it. I lost 3 lbs last week and was buzzing, its crazy how this messes with our minds so much. Good luck, you can do it xx
