Hey all, I got down to my target weight before Christmas but have fluctuated between my actual target and 2.5ibs above it since January. The past few weeks I have been really bad and seem to have gained 6-7 ibs ?. My meals are all fine and SW friendly. It's snacking which is the problem. I boredom eat at work a lot and crave biscuits and chocolates, I can seem to stop giving in to the cravings. Help!!!!!!
Go back to basics and begin a food diary again.
