I would like to buy an Extra Easy cookbook from class. Can anybody recommend one. I already have the 100 Extra Easy days.

I love extra easy all in one. Everything in it can go in one pot, either slow cooker, saucepan, casserole, wok or baking tray. Lots if lovely simple meals

The new one looks amazing - sorry I forget the title and it is not yet on the site, something like Extra Easy Express. That is going to be my gift to me for reaching target. In the meantime I love my Family feasts on a budget. I don't cook for a family, it's just me eating SW, but the recipes are yummy, and the Extra easy all in one, as willbeslimjen said above, is really great.

Also read elsewhere that in a few weeks time there is a new one coming out - Fakeaway recipes
Not sure if purely EE or not, but any red/green meal can be used on EE anyway
