After getting into a WW rut I have rejoined SW. Hope it gives me the boost I need to get my weight moving downwards again instead of up!

Hi Elaine - I am thinking so much along the same lines as you - I have been stuck in a rut with WW for so long, I started clerking at a meeting in January this year and I find its just taken off my doing this for myself - I get free weighs etc but would rather pay and just concentrate on doing well and losing the weight hence why I think I need a complete change of mind set and do something different - I have decided to join a class on Monday evening - good luck with SW and keep us posted how you are going on. x

Week 1 - 4 = 10.5lb lost.
Week 5 - 8 = - 10lb lost.
Week 9 - 12 = 10lb lost.
Week 13 - 16 = 8.5lb lost.
Week 17 - 20 = 9.5lb lost.
Week 21 - 24 = 8.5lb lost.
Total loss 4st 1lb... TARGET
I'm in the same boat, I was faffing with ww and getting nowhere fast, then tried calorie counting and now I'm back on sw, fingers crossed this will be it for me!
