Scran Bran Challenge

anyone doing the scran bran challenge who can explain it to me?

does it help your weight loss?

I haven't done it myself but a lady at my group did. She had 5 scan bran for 5 days and lost 5lb.

Ugh I could think of nothing worse lol!

Basically you replace your Hexb to scan bran for 5-7days. If you do drink lots of water too xx
