Hi
I'm on week 4 of going to Sw classes ( I've been doing it on and off for years though), and have only lost 4lb, I've lost that in one week before so I'm really disappointed. There is another girl in my class who joined a week after me, and she's lost half a stone, but she has more to lose. I have around 3 stone to lose.
Im getting really fed up and frustrated with it, does anyone have any advice? Maybe it just doesn't work for me anymore.
I'm doing mostly green days, having around 15 syns a day ( sometimes go a few over), and usually have around 20 extra syns after weigh in. Could this be the problem? I've always done that before on Sw and still lost.
Wondering whether to carry on with it .
