The sweet and sour chicken is homemade and syn free :)

Thanks guys! :)

On Tuesday's dinner, you've stated that the sweet n sour is syn free, yet you've allocated 1 syn for the meal. If the syn is for the noodles, then you'd have to syn them as if on a red day (which would be quite high). On Success Express, you always take the highest syn value - for most things like chocolate, crisps, wine etc the syn value is the same on all plans, however for other things (where there a different syn value on each plan) you must take the highest value.

I haven't got my pack handy to check the following but - on Monday you had a Muller for a snack, don't all snacks have to be superfree on Success Express? Perhaps someone else (either with the pack handy or with a more recent knowledge than mine) can clarify this for you.

Lonestitcher is right, snacks should be superfree. You have to have 2/3rd superfree with meals and syns should be part of meals. If you are following EE you can have all free foods with meals but if you have them as snacks you need to take the highest syn value (from red or green). If you are following red/green all syn values are from the opposite programme. You also get 2x HExA and B choices a day. Your day reads like a normal SW day not SE.
SE needs more planning but gives great results if you do it for a few days or more. Good luck :)
