Hi, I'm new to this so I hope I'm doing it correctly :/

im after some advice please, I've been following the slimming world plan since last summer and have lost 3.5 stone so far, which is great, however I seem to of come to a wall , no matter how hard I try I can't seem to get past this , I've been the same weight now for 3 months! I still need to lose another 2-3 stone , so I really need a new plan of attack to get me into that elusive next stone bracket . Please help , I'm desperate and getting more and more disheartened every week at weigh in :( Thanks

firstly, congrats on your weight loss, its fab!!

have you tried mixing it up a bit? maybe have a few green or red days?

are you going to group or doing it alone? Are you measuring healthy extras etc.. perhaps go back to basics like you are a new member or make sure you haven't tweaked anything that worked before but is no longer working now? red weeks are normally good to shake things up a bit & portion control helps me,goodluck I hope the weight starts coming off again soon you have done amazingly well with 3.5 stone off :) x

I was the same every week I was staying the same so my consultant suggested swapping 1 meal per day for home made or healthy extra b soup, I'm on week 4 of this and I'm losing a steady 2lb - 2.5lb per week :)

Hi

I'm the same I started in September and was loosing every week for 6 weeks and ever since my weight has stayed the same! People are saying that I'm loosing weight but the scales have stayed the same so at the moment feeling fed up as only lost a stone and a half.
Think maybe speed soup or express might start me off :(

Please post a food diary

When I hit a plateau once my consultant suggested changing things up for a couple of weeks. I tend to eat the same things a lot, so I spent a week where I had different HEB's everyday, and a week where I had a different breakfast every day. I don't know why it worked, but it did!
