Lives here....
I've been thinking on this lately. I have never experienced weightloss like this and by god have I tried them all. So is it the common sense approach? Is it actually down to the combinations you eat, so the food optimising they bang on about, is it naturally curbing my appetite? Is it the superfree food actually cutting my kcal intake? I know all diet plans work to kcal or fat deficit (or both) and that they achieve them in different ways but I seem to eat such big meals on SW and yet it still falls off.
Maybe be its a perfect storm of all of it. Not all of us eat the same, obviously the flexibility of SW is one of its selling points, yet we all, if we stick to plan, can experience amazing things.
What is it that YOU put your losses down to predominantly?
