    Biggest Gain

    Hello, Lurker here. I have just returned from 2 weeks complete binge-a-thon holiday. I was wondering what's the biggest gain anyone has weighed in with. At the moment I don't know if I can face going tonight but on the other hand I know if I don't I will just keep on gaining. Hoping knowing I am not alone will give me the push I need to bite the bullet and get on those scales.

    I was exactly the same last week I had eaten everything that I possibly could of and was dreading it I did gain 5lb and I put some of that down the water retention for all the salt I'd had. The 5lb really sticks out in my weigh in book and remind me what will happen when I get the urge the binge again!

    I've been 100% on plan this week I find a gain as motivated me a lot more than usual. If I hadn't gone and weighed I dread to think what would of happend lol.

    My consultant mentioned a chap gaining 15lbs in one week after christmas. He lost 9lbs the following week.
    April- June 2012- Lost 1 stone with Dukan. End weight 8st 11lb. Goal weight 8st 7lb
    Jan- May 2013- WW ProPoints. Lost and re-gained the same 4lbs over and over again
    October 2013- present.... yoyoing with SW

    Better to know, than not to know. Then you can deal with it. Hope it's not too bad, but if it is - you know what to do!!
