    SW & detox water?

    Does anyone have the detox water alongside SW? I've tried it and I'm not overly keen but if it helps weight loss I think I could manage, or is it just total nonsense and stick to plain water?

    We were told about it yesterday in group. Going to try it, because I've been drinking too much sugar free squash, and I want to cut it out yet still have some flavour.

    Dunno if it'll make much difference than plain water though.

    Do you know if you replace the fruit slices every time you refill the jug? Just thinking that I usually go through 3 litres of water a day so I'll be flying through the slices if I have to keep changing them. Might I get 2 fills out of them?

    You can use the slices for 2 or 3 days.

    If you buy one make sure it will fit into your jug first

    I find drinking plain water all the time becomes boring so putting some fruit slices and/or cucumber/mint in it keeps it interesting for me anyway.There are a few members on here that do it.


    1. Green tea, mint, lime-fat burning, digestion, headaches, congestion and breath freshener.

    2. Strawberry, kiwi-cardiovascular health, immune system protection, blood sugar regulation, digestion.

    3. Cucumber, lime, lemon- water weight management, bloating, appetite control, hydration, digestion

    4. Lemon, lime, orange- digestion vitamin C, immune defense, heartburn, (Drink this one at room temperature)
