Last Nights Dinner
Yesterday for lunch I had a jacket potato with tuna & sweet corn and a salad. It kept me full for so long! I went to the gym at 7 for an hour & when I got home I still wasn't hungry. I figured I better eat something so I just had a banana and a Muller light. Is this ok? I couldn't possibly have ate a meal.
I think you'll find a lot of people go through phases of not feeling hungry. And as it looks as though this is your first week there's a lot of inner motivation and psychology at play here. I had a not hungry week around week 4 but I soon went back to normal!
That is fine, don't panic. If you're not hungry then don't eat unless you've been working out which you did so yes you have done fine. Enjoy your journey.
