I have just recently started slimming world from home. I did it before and lost 2 and a half stone, but I seem to be stuck in a rut with green days., I'm not sure if this is because they are easier than the rest,,
Has anyone lovely people out there got any tips on how to creatively switch days ? Maybe an example etc
