Totally fell off the wagon yesterday!! I had a Muller Light, spicy sweet potato soup, a brown baguette with pastrami, tomatoes & mayo, then I has two slices of pizza later on. I didn't even enjoy it!
Definitely back on the wagon today!
I definitely need to find some more recipes for meals that I can take to work and reheat in the microwave or that will do cold. I work 12 hour shifts so I need to take 2 meals with me every day plus snacks.
 
I'm in the same boat as you, today will be my 13th day in a row in work, and most of those have been 12 hour shifts. Aside from the fact that my kitchen is now so dirty I can't face cooking (day off tomorrow , my house will sparkle again), I'm too tired and have been living on takeaways/ convenience foods for the last few weeks. You've done really well to have only had 2 slices of pizza. Last week I ordered a super size meat feast just for myself!
 
I'm thinking about making a big pot of soup and pack as much vegetables in it as I can and freezing it in portions so I can take that for lunch every day.
 
You will find loads of ideas in the recipe section. But don't just look at soups, consider meals like pies, chili con carne, bolognese, curry, ... all great to freeze in portions.

Yep, I agree ^^^

Remember losing weight doesn't have to be boring with the same meals everyday, that's the beauty of SW you can eat 'normal' foods.
