Hi everyone. I started SW 2 years ago and lost over 2 stone in a year. Stopped doing it a while ago because...well, because I stopped caring, I started eating and I got lazy (again). Old habits die hard!
Anyway, after stepping on the scales I decided enough is enough. I've put back on the 2 stone I lost and added a bit more. So now I need to start again!
Really hoping that the support that was here before on minimins is still good and will help keep me motivated again!
Just did a food diary for today and have managed to munch my way through 47 syns and I haven't even had dinner yet!!! This has got to change, wish I'd never stopped sticking to plan, grrr! No time for regrets, let's just get on with it. FLAB BE GONE!
