Weight Loss Commitments
If you watch Obese- A year to save my life then these weight loss commitments might be familiar to you!
I will wake up every day and commit to a healthy and happy life. I acknowledge that life may be tough, but it is this commitment that will allow me to prevail over obstacles that come my way. Iíll be honest with myself, my family and the people who are here to support and help me- it is through honesty that my mistakes will be learnt from. Food is for nourishing my body and mind, it will not take away any unwanted emotions or to be a quick fix for any problems that arise. I will exercise to get out of my head and into my body. I will love myself and appreciate all the wonderful things in my life- no more playing the victim, no more blame, no more guilt. These are my five commitments and I welcome them with an open mind and an open heart.
