    The school holiday is throwing me off kilter

    Last half term I was absolutely fine, I was just a week or two into SW and it was all shiny and new and I was full of enthusiasm.

    This one though - and involving copious amounts of chocolate - is a mare. I swear I'm inhaling crap food.

    I have come to the conclusion that I simply can't have chocolate in the house any more. At least not for me - if I buy it for the children then in my mind it's theirs and I don't jump in. But where I used to be able to have my treat pack of kit kats or freddos and have no more than one treat per day, I now can't leave them alone. This morning I bought a packet of the little 1.5 syn Lindor eggs thinking I could have a couple a day or something. Half the pack is now gone - I'm like a possessed chocolate monster

    I reckon I'm just going to have to accept that I'm probably going to have my first gain this week and look forward to normality returning next week. And have a run tomorrow morning to make me feel a little bit more virtuous.

    I'm the same. Dread school hols as husband is off as well as the kids. I did really well last weekend as went away for the weekend. Now back home there is choc and crisps and sweets etc etc. I'm doing ok and only given in to a bite of a snickers bar - but felt very guilty after. Were off to disney this weekend and am dreading it (food wise) Hoping all the walking will burn off any crap I eat.

    I agree with you - for me and biscuits its all or nothing and 1 biccie leads to half a pack!!!

    Just count easter as a time to just get through with the least possible damage!!

    Well I don't know how the hell I managed it but I had a 1.5lb loss! I'm going to be careful now in case my crap week catches up with me next week. I am thinking lots of speed and super speed food for me over the next week - I am 1lb away from my Club 10 and I don't want to balls it up!
