    Red Days?

    This is my third week on SW and I've only been doing EE. I'm a member of SW online so I've downloaded the choice list for red days. The only obvious difference I can see is that potatoes/pasta/rice/noodles aren't free, but are a measured HEX. Are there any other differences that I can't see?

    Lentils, pulses and grains are also not free foods. Neither are peas, sweetcorn or parsnips.
    You get a choice of either one or two HEA and two HEBs.
