..im struggling to stay 100% to plan.
Some days I am technically totally on plan but it doesn't feel like it- since its not a deprivation type diet- but since last Thursday it's been mayhem. My OH was away for the weekend and i had a blowout with the girls that lasted Thursday til Sunday. Monday was on plan and i swam, yesterday was good and i swam again, til tea which we ate out- we'll say bread and cheese was involved and leave it at that- and today i was doing well until tea which was fine but no superfree.
I feel hungry all the time and I'm craving rubbish. the remains of my Easter egg are taunting me.
I wi tomorrow and am dreading it. i was so close to getting in the 10s and know im gonna have set myself back a few weeks.
