    I love SW but..

    ..im struggling to stay 100% to plan.
    Some days I am technically totally on plan but it doesn't feel like it- since its not a deprivation type diet- but since last Thursday it's been mayhem. My OH was away for the weekend and i had a blowout with the girls that lasted Thursday til Sunday. Monday was on plan and i swam, yesterday was good and i swam again, til tea which we ate out- we'll say bread and cheese was involved and leave it at that- and today i was doing well until tea which was fine but no superfree.
    I feel hungry all the time and I'm craving rubbish. the remains of my Easter egg are taunting me.
    I wi tomorrow and am dreading it. i was so close to getting in the 10s and know im gonna have set myself back a few weeks.

    I feel exactly the same! Ever since Easter when I went way off plan. I am trying but I feel like I do struggle to stay on plan. I think it's much easier to stick to the plan if I plan ahead and it also wastes less food. I keep Jaffa Cakes in my cupboard as they're only 2.5 syns each so if I need something 'bad' I know I can have some. My WI is on Sundays and last week I didn't lose at all and I'm doubtful about this week. I'm going home (to Glasgow, I live in Buckingham) for the weekend so it'll be hard to stick to the plan and I am worried about WI on Sunday.

    I'm struggling as well. I had planned to have a couple of relaxed days over Easter, not going mad but having a few treats. I had rather too many treats. I have tried to get back on plan since Monday, but the motivation isn't there.

    All the Easter chocolate is gone now except for some Malteser bunnies which I will syn so will go tomorrow.

    Interesting to hear im not the only one struggling after Easter! Why did the have to make the eggs out of chocolate, we would be fine if they were real eggs!!
    I never thought I would be but I think I need to accept im one of those people who can't have treats in the house. It is the only way..
    I'll let you know the damage in the morning.. Since I've just polished off my Easter egg :O

    I am in a similar position too and totally sympathise - we've had almost 2 weeks of being naughty now and I can't stop. I'm away this weekend on a catered course so I won't have much control over my food, but have stated that I am drawing a line and starting again from Monday. I'm not currently a SW member but have decided to join my local group next Thursday to lose the last few pounds before target to help me stay motivated and on track.

    Started local SW group 01.05.14 to lose the last 10.5lbs - Target reached 28/08/14!!
    Slimmer of the week 29/05/14 with 2 other ladies -3lbs off!
    Slimmer of the week 21/08/14 with 1 other lady - 1.5lbs off!
    Gold body magic award achieved June 2014

    -62lb to date of -62lb total! Target reached 28/08/14!!

    I am with you all, fell off plan just before the Easter hols. My excuse being too much going on major house renovations, very poorly dog (requiring surgery) on top... Didn't plan meals, got bored with fruit and yogurt. Trying to get my head back in it now, seeking inspiration and motivation from this forum.

    Good plan I am plankton. Hope your catered course is vaguely sw friendly.. Sometimes this diet is so easy and I think I could do it forever but other times I really struggle!
    Joining a group is a good idea to help you get to target,good luck with it

    My gain this week proves I've been the same! Although not the Easter bunny! Wine and crisps for me!

    But I went to group faced my gain and actually feel great today ready to go! (Hey I'm awake and don't start work until 8am!!) work from home!!

    Re-focus remember why you started sw journey. These blips only mean we were human but we can have control if we look deep enough

    Ive been the same miss mooey, picking at stupid little bits of food and not bothering to try and work out the syns, mindless grazing!
    Wine is certainly my downfall too berryred, i try and stick to martini where possible but i do like a nice bottle or two
    I have gained the 3/4lb that i had lost last week so really not bad at all considering. Hopefully it won't catch up with me next week, if i can pull it back this week.
