Hi I'm asking this question for a friend who has diet controlled diabetes and is quite carb sensitive. Does anyone else have success on sw with this issue? We have both only done red and green days so is the new version more diabetes friendly?
you can eat whatever you want on SW so your friend can taylor it to suit herself. Even with HE Bs, which sound carby, you can have nuts, olive oil etc instead
she should probably talk to her own dietician about what her carbs should be like whilst following this diet
My dad has diabetes has lost 4.5stones since October following a stroke. He has now been taken off his metaformin that he took for diabetes and is healthier now than he has been for yrs. so yeah it works xx
