green day- is this right?

Hi all
I posted a while ago about not feeling full and lots pointed out that I was in fact having a green day and so should have another hex.
Today I noticed I didn't plan to eat any meat- is this right?

Toast with Marmite- 1 slice from 800g loaf and fruit salad.
Superfree soup with another slice, same loaf, and ff yoghurt.
Sw quiche with superfree veg (not made it yet, whatever I can find!) sw chips and peas.
My hexa will be milk from coffees plus some cheese in quiche.
I haven't had any syns yet but gather I would need to check green syns as they can differ from EE.
Is this all there is to a green day? Having never been to class I don't know if im missing anything obvious!
TIA!

Sounds good to me, with EE they only take the lowest syn value from either red or green depending on what it is. Meat and fish etc would be higher syns than say a packet of flavoured cous cous for example on a green day :)

No that looks about right. I only do green as am veggie. I don't always use my hexAs, certainly not both as am borderline vegan. It's still 5-15 syns a day and treats and stuff will generally be the same on all plans but things that wouldn't appear on the plan (ie meat on a green day) or things that have a degree of content of that food need synning.

Thanks for the help :) I feel much fuller than I normally do so thinking the extra hexs helped!
I usually eat veggie as meat is so expensive but didn't realise I was inadvertently doing green. I am a bit of a cheese fiend but can't go without coffee, so its nice to be able to have both without having to syn either!
Saved my syns for a cookie but im so stuffed now lol. Maybe later :)
Thanks again x
