Hello everyone, I have just signed up and loving this forum. Everything & everyone seems so helpful!
I have started slimming world at home with my partner as we can not make it in time to a local group.
He is very fussy. The only fruit he likes are apples.. He doesn't like much veg and would never eat a salad!! So I'm struggling with his lunches. Any help would be much appreciated?!
I have also read a post that slightly confused me about men's syns? Do they get more, is it 20 for them? Or should I keep telling him it's only 5 - 15?
Any help would be very appreciated!

You have certainly come to the right place for support on sw, everyone on here is brilliant!
There are people who attend group, people who use sw online then people, you and myself included, who follow the plan alone. Im approaching my first stone lost so it does work from home!
Theres a search box in the top right hand corner (if you are on pc) that's v helpful- I know there was a post about mens syns a short while ago and I think they do get 20syns!
the recipes section has great ideas for breakfast lunch and tea, including tips on hiding veg

Hi Nrwood, Welcome, I'm doing it with my husband as he is fussy aswell! There are lots of ideas for lunches on the site, and i got the SW little book of lunches which was good. He seems to lose weight a bit quicker than me, and can have more syns but he sticks to a max of 15, he is doing really well and has lost over a stone in 4 weeks, I'm doing good too but just getting over a kidney stone..agony!
