Hello, just wanted to come and say hey. Ive been doing sw from home and am now on my 6th day I've lost 5 lbs so far ! Happy days. I'm 26 years old and a single mother of 2 young kids. I'm also a full time chef so around food constantly lol. This isn't my 1st attempt at shifting the pounds, I use to weigh 22stone 4lbs and had a BMI of 42 i gave lighter life a go after having my daughter, and lost the bulk of it, I'm now weighing in at 14.10 so done pretty well but have maintained this weight for around 2 years now. My goal is to weigh 11.7 as I'm 5ft 8.
Anyway I've borrowed a friends books she had spare and here I am. Because I'm not going to a group I'm unsure about my syns so have been having between 5-10 a day hope that's right ? I've been having the same breakfast each day. 2 alpen light cereal bars (70kcal ones) and a small banana then for lunch I've either had pasta with veg added or a jacket spud n beans or some homemade salad and then dinner I've had pretty much the same as lunch but swapped em around. So yeah not being to adventurous just yet lol you'd think me being a chef I'd be whipping all sorts up but I'm still getting used to the plan I'm doing extra easy by the way.
Would love some support and this seems like the perfect place for someone who can't make a group, hope your all well x
