..... buy a food directory in my class when I join tomorrow ? I have got some great help through reading posts on here, but want to be able to see at a glance what I need to know. Also does anyone have any other recommendations on what else is worth buying. Thanks in advance x

yes the food directory is available in class as well as all the books. Loads of people are raving about the fakeaways book at the moment

I would recommend the extra easy all in one, it's amazing xx

It depends whether your consultant has one in stock, she may have to order it in for you. but to be honest I wouldn't bother as you'll have access to the online tools and be able to look up syn values. The directory also goes out of date pretty quickly. The free branded foods book is a good one though as it has over 2000 branded healthy extras in it
