    Going off track when feeling poorly?

    Hey guys,

    I've only been doing SW for 2 weeks, stuck to it for 10 days but Saturday I come down with a lurgy and I feel rotten! Totally fell off the wagon as I have no energy to cook and just generally so frustrated! Also due on, had a baby 9 weeks ago so very hormonal, heavy, tired and just yuck!! I have 7 stone to lose and don't feel like I can even get started at the moment! Also suffering with acne Rosacea since having my baby and just feeling so low about my looks and weight but since feeling unwell my motivation has vanished!

    Sorry I guess I just needed a rant, and to ask if anyone has seen my motivation and energy, if they could kindly return it, thanks

    Crikey, you have had ALOT on your plate what with the new baby and not being well...poor you, no wonder you are lacking in motivation at the moment I think I would be to!! I had a kidney stone recently and that put me off track but I'm back on it now, and I know you will be too once you feel better, you can DO it!! I'm sending you a dose of motivation and a big hug!! xxx

    Mini & Ultimate Goals For 2015/16
    1 Stone off by 24th April 2015!!
    2 Stone off by 28th June 2015!!
    3 Stone off by 24th August 2015!!
    4 Stone off by 24th October 2015!!
    5 Stone off by 24th December 2015 or sooner if possible!! The years target to weigh around 18st achieved then apply for A.
    Continue losing weight steadily and no longer be classed as 'Morbidly Obese'- weigh 15st 5lbs or less by 28th June 2016!!
    To finally get to 'Healthy' weight range of 12st 12lbs or less by 24th December 2016!!
