    Smile Oatilicious

    Morning all,

Could anyone tell me if the Lidl Oatilicious Oh So Easy Oats (28g Pot made with water) can be used as a Healthy Extra please?

    Thanks

I doubt it, as a full HEx of oats is 35g.

There are a few choices of oats listed that aren't 35g but in order to qualify as a HE, they must have the right amount of fibre in them. I cant see them on the list so, no, they are not a HE...sorry!
