Hiya, New to SW and looking for some help, reading mixed answers!

Going to band's tomorrow and planning to have:

Butterfly chicken
Spicy rice
Macho peas

Any idea on syns for EE?

Also read the sauce is half a syn per spoon?

Butterfly chicken is 3 syns
Spicy rice is 2.5
Macho peas aren't in the list, but calculator says 5.5
Most of the sauces are 0.5 per level tablespoon, but the sweeter ones are 1 syn (I don't use them, so not sure which they have in the restaurant)

Note that peas are only free, so you'd not have any superfree in that meal. I'd suggest swapping them for the mixed salad. Better balance for EE, and saving a nice chunk of syns.

That sounds about right, it's what I've had when I've been in the past on SW and have always been fine with it.
