    Smile so im starting again and from home....

    i have started and given up on sw a few times. i didnt like my local group and i cant get to any of the others so im going to start doing sw from home.
    i have the 2013 books will these still do or will i need the 2014 starter pack.
    also any tips for starting from home

    Welcome to what will be a fulfilling journey. I am also using last years books so am hoping they should be fairly useful although I am sure there will be someone along shortly who will be able to advise better.

    Also I have found keeping a food diary vital - it's amazing what you can eat and not realise how much it adds up.
