    Start Weight: 17st1lb
    Current Weight: 12st9.5lb
    Goal Weight: 10st0lb


    BMI Information:
    Start BMI: 42.3
    Current BMI: 31.4
    Goal BMI: 24.8


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 4st5.5lb
    Weight to Lose: 2st9.5lb
    % Lost 25.73%

    Broken scales - tips!

    Morning, just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to measure out the porridge oats... just realised my scales are broken.

    I've seen on facebook that the frylight cap holds 35g of oats so that could be used as a measure. I've never checked as I just buy the big bowl sachets of oats which have 38.5g in and count half a syn for the other 3.5g

    thats good to know Snowbryneich, as I'm sure my scales are not totally accurate and I have porridge every week day...thanks
