    Start Date: Originally 27th July 2011 - Restarted after pregnancy number two 11th June 2013
    Start Weight: 17st1lb
    Current Weight: 12st9.5lb
    Goal Weight: 10st0lb


    BMI Information:
    Start BMI: 42.3
    Current BMI: 31.4
    Goal BMI: 24.8


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 4st5.5lb
    Weight to Lose: 2st9.5lb
    % Lost 25.73%

    Broken scales - tips!

    Morning, just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to measure out the porridge oats... just realised my scales are broken.

    Delighted to be started back on plan 11th June 2013 after a big gain during pregnancy number 2 - originally had lost 5st 8lb
    Total loss 17th June 2014 - 4st 5.5lb

    I've seen on facebook that the frylight cap holds 35g of oats so that could be used as a measure. I've never checked as I just buy the big bowl sachets of oats which have 38.5g in and count half a syn for the other 3.5g
