Rice pudding - TWEAK
Thought I'd share the attached with you.
Basically an email from slimming world confirming that making rice pudding with anything other than your HexA allowance is now classed as a tweak (i.e. no using cream soda/water etc).
Sorry if it's bad news, and hope it helps someone! xx
Yes this has been out there for a couple of weeks but I have no plans to syn my rice pudding made with water lol :)
Thanks for this hun. I didn't know this, but I can see where they are coming from. It's easy to over consume I guess, but like any tweak, I guess it's down to the individual and to keep an eye on losses.
Yes it is, I wasn't posting it to dictate other people using it, but it could be one of the first things needed to look at, if losses are a little slow.

I was going to make rice pudding at the weekend but I think i'll skip it now lol. :)
Yep I won't be synning mine either as I use the serving size suggested on the pack, and have it for breakfast so it's a meal, not a dessert. I can see how it would hinder weight losses if eaten as desserts and snacks
I know people in my group mix boiled rice(any type cooked in just water) with a free muller light. Would they have to syn it So?
