    Rice pudding - TWEAK

    Hi all,

    Thought I'd share the attached with you.

    Basically an email from slimming world confirming that making rice pudding with anything other than your HexA allowance is now classed as a tweak (i.e. no using cream soda/water etc).

    Thanks for this hun. I didn't know this, but I can see where they are coming from. It's easy to over consume I guess, but like any tweak, I guess it's down to the individual and to keep an eye on losses.

    Yes it is, I wasn't posting it to dictate other people using it, but it could be one of the first things needed to look at, if losses are a little slow.

    Does make sense though xx

    Yep I won't be synning mine either as I use the serving size suggested on the pack, and have it for breakfast so it's a meal, not a dessert. I can see how it would hinder weight losses if eaten as desserts and snacks

    I know people in my group mix boiled rice(any type cooked in just water) with a free muller light. Would they have to syn it So?
