10 week count down
I was just wanting a little bit of advice, I have been trying to loose weight with WW since Jan, but I'm so hungry all the time, and have lost and regained 7lb in that time. Our family holiday is booked for August, and I was wondering how much you think I could loose by following the SW plan? thanks in advance.x
I've lost 6lbs in 7 weeks on SW. Most weeks I lose 1-2lbs but during the easter time one week I didn't lose and the second week I gained 1lbs. This was entirely my own fault through eating so many thing I really shouldn't have.
Based on losing 1 or 2lbs a week, you could lose 10 to 20lbs in 10 weeks. Some people do lose more than that, it entirely depends on how much you have to lose and what your diet is like at the moment. If there is a big change in your diet, you're more likely to lose more. In saying that, it is more healthy to lose 1 to 2lbs.
With SW I've never been hungry. I have tried other diets and like you I wad constantly hungry and always thinking about the things I wasn't allowed to eat. With SW you are pretty much allowed anything as long as you keep within your 15 syns a day.
I think you should definitely try it!
When I did SW the first time round, I lost 5lbs the first week. Then it slowed down to a more realistic 1-2lbs a week. I wasn't even that strict with myself to be honest. So I think you have a good chance of getting that 7lbs off at any rate.
everyone is different. If i look in my first 7 weeks of SW i lost a total of 1st 2lbs. Some are fast losers to start with and others are a slower pace...
