    hello everyone! how are you all doing? i am almost halfway through my weight loss journey which started way back in 2012.
    anyone got any advice to speed it up a bit?

    I'm at the same point as you but it's taken me about 3 years to get here so I'm not sure I'm the right person to talk to about speeding it up! Maybe try Success Express, where 2/3 of your plate is superfree. Or you could up the superspeed fruit and veg too.
