SAS log?

I can't stop self sabotaging and I don't know why. I lost 1.5 stone with relative ease and no cheating and now it's all going to crap. My motivation has vanished despite still having 3.5 stone to go.

I've heard mention of the SAS log and if I can get hold of my consultant tonight I'm going to ask about this, but I'm just wondering if anyone here has found it helpful?

You'll find it on the sw website in the inspiration and support section. There's even a downloadable log. I think it can be a really great tool if you're not sure where you might be slipping up x

Thanks. I had a word with my consultant and she said I could do one but really it's for people who don't know where they're going wrong, whereas I do know where, just maybe not why. She suggested that I go back to basics, read my books again, keep a paper food diary instead of using the online one for a while and try to recapture that initial enthusiasm.

I have actually enjoyed planning and feeling in control again this evening. Tomorrow's breakfast and lunch are all ready in the fridge for me to take to work, my snacks are packed and I know what we'll be having for dinner.

I'm going to sort my $h!t out this week!

Glad you're feeling more positive. You could keep a food diary and as well as what you eat keep track of what's going on and how you're feeling that day. That way you can see what's triggering you to go off plan. It sounds like planning is something that helps you, I'm the same! When I'm working I NEED to have things organised the night before, otherwise I won't have opportunity to sort out anything in the morning.
