weight creping back on - time for action
Well after reaching my target weight - but not too sure if I was at target, as I would have liked to have lost a little more. I am starting to gain some of the weight. I got in the scales today and I have gained 7lbs. I have noticed it in my clothes as they are getting a little snug. I have tried over the last few weeks to lose it. But I can't seem to last more than 3 days. I have a big sweet tooth and am finding it hard. So after a good cry I WILL do it again and having a fresh start from tomorrow, i am going shopping tonight and stocking up on loads of fresh fruit and veg. Will also pick up some chewits and makado stick to satisfy my sweet tooth. Anyone else in the same boat????
