    Help finding syns confusing very new to this

    Ok so I bought tescos ready to eat piri piri chicken as I was out all day and thought it would be a good snack I've tried calculating it and it's saying 6 syns for half a pack is this right ?ive eaten the whole pack I'm never gonna get the hang of this

    That sounds high. Did you try looking it up on syns online first? Only use the calculator if it's not listed. And did you choose chicken as the free food from the drop down menu at the start of the calculation x

    Did it have skin on? If you ate the skin that's probably about right. Skinless chicken with piri piri would only be a few syns so you're nearly on the right track!
