SW and My Fitness Pal
I'm newly returned to SW and using this site and a bit confused in terms of MFP. Does anyone else use MFP while doing sw?
Since being back on SW my cals are way over what MFP says I should have to lose weight. Should I ignore this? I'm worried it could put me off and give me slimmingworld doubts.
I'm thinking of removing MFP from my phone but it's really handy for tracking what I've eaten (I don't go to class so don't have the sw food tracker).
Does anyone have any advice?
I use it now and again as kind of a food diary. I don't rely on it though and don't take any notice of the calories. I'm always over according to mfp but it hasn't stopped me from losing nearly 2 stone! Xx
I use MFP every day. It helps me keep track and I rarely go over the cals but when I do it's cos I've eaten lots of super free so I never worry about it. It's just a sense check for me to ensure I stay on track and a good habit I think

It really is a brilliant app- it would be a waste not to use it!
I just use it as a food diary and ignore the calories. Calorie counting isn't what SW is about
