Hi all, i just joined! I'm in desperate need of some motivation. 2013 was a very stressful year which resulted in putting on 1st. I've since started to turn things around and have quit smoking (putting on another st!!) I've decided enough is enough and the weight is going to come off!
Well done for quitting smoking and making the decision to lose weight. You will find loads of tips and advice. I really like the inspirational photos of people before and after.
Also the recipe section is good along with the food diaries.

Thanks! I'll be doing SW at home, its really inspiration for evening meals that I need. I tend to have the same thing for breakfast every day (branflakes, banana, blueberries, and a splash of milk) and a salad for lunch (with rice or cous cous), my husband does most of the cooking and is willing to eat healthier (as long as he fancies it :)) so I'm trying to find nice things to eat in the evening. I've not seen the food diaries yet, still trying to find my way around!
