Ive been on slimming world for 6 weeks now, and tohave a small treat after weigh in last night, I tret myself to some of my favourite cake, a slice of carrot cake from the cafe, ive just eaten it, and i feel so incredibly sick, its unreal!
Why is this?
Or could it be because I had completely stripped sugar our of my diet and bombarded it with lovely cake?
I feel awful
It could be that, it could be psychological in that you have been well on plan for 6 weeks and this is, in your mind a cheat? I know that if I have a meal off plan I worry and feel awful for days that it will ruin everything and that I'll wake up the next day 5st heavier again. I'm not sure that ever goes away but you learn to realise that little treats like that now and again are what makes this plan manageable and liveable. It could also be that you just feel a bit off colour. Have a big glass of water and see if it settles your tummy
I think its the guilt haha! Ive been so good, I tend to have a chinese on a friday which is synned but ive never felt like this! I think its just a warning to my body saying |THIS IS NOT SALAD/FRUIT| haha, when i finish work at 3 im going to take the dog for a long walk and taking your advise drink some water too!

More water is the answer to most things...
And then when I'm having a wee... i sing a little mantra (well in my head), that i'm weeing all the fat away... yes, i'm weeing all the fat away!!! Wee wee wee wee wee...
And so it goes on and the madness sets is.
