Slimming World Struggles?

Hey, my name is Sarah. I have been doing Slimming World for 8 weeks now and have lost 7.1kg (sorry about the kg's i know a lot of people prefer stones and pounds) so this equates to a stone and 1.1 kg. I follow the extra easy plan as i am quite a fussy eater and this suits my eating needs ;) Anyway, i created this forum because i have found that even though i remain in my syn allowance, i am still not really losing anything and have found that i gain slightly. However i have just changed my weigh in day from Monday to Wednesday so hope this would represent my weight loss a lot better. Has anyone else done this and if so how have they found it? I struggle to do exercise because 1. i am in the process of moving house and 2. I have some health issues that make it harder for me to motivate myself and get the energy to do it... Anyone have any advice for this as i thought that i would have gained more energy with losing some weight. Dont get me wrong i LOVE SW but just need to figure out where i am going wrong...

Any help would be much appreciated and hopefully others who are in my situation can band together to figure this out :D
 
I am a little confused by this, you say you are not really losing anything but you have lost over a stone :confused:

What exactly are you expecting to lose? Has the weight loss just stopped? I cannot see how changing your WI will make any difference to you.

Could you post a food diary as this will help us to give you some more feedback.
 
Sorry I mean I lost the weight and now it's practically stopped and i'm trying to lose around 5 stone. X

I agree with JVB, we do need more info as it looks like you're losing weight.;)
 
I work that out as being 1.9566 pounds per week, which is just about what we are told we should be losing. So you appear to be doing fine.
